News Microsoft Invites i3solutions to its SharePoint 2007, Office 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services Technology Adoption Program (TAP) and Rapid Deployment Programs (RDP)
Sterling, VA - i3solutions, July 2005 -- i3solutions has
been nominated to participate in the Microsoft Office 2007, SharePoint Server
2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Technology
Adoption Program (TAP) and Rapid Deployment Programs (RDP) at Microsoft®. This
early product education gives i3solutions a strategic edge to help us create
value to Microsoft and future customers looking for firms with early SharePoint
Portal Server and Office Server deployment experience. This program is the direct result
of our ability to differentiate our experience in the Information Worker
space as SharePoint deployments for Intranet, Internet and Extranets continue to grow in the market." said Allen
Himler, Vice President of Delivery Services. The TAP and RDP allows i3solutions
to use its deep SharePoint consulting, customization and
implementation experience to create best practices techniques for customers
interested in the early adoption of the SharePoint platform.
These programs provide feedback to
Microsoft about its pre-release products while further
cementing i3solutions' direct relationship with the Microsoft
product team, while developing best practices that will
benefit future clients before the official release of
Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft SharePoint 2007. "As a result of our research and development in the TAP
and RDP programs, we have been able to create a SharePoint
